Bespoke Wall Protection That Turns Walls into Part of the Design
Gradus SureProtect Artworx® SPA25S combines durable PVC-u wall protection with bespoke digital print, allowing walls to become a genuine part of the interior design rather than something that simply needs protecting.
Custom photographs, graphics, artwork, wayfinding, signage or branding can be digitally printed directly onto the sheet, making it suitable for everything from healthcare and education environments to offices, reception areas and branded commercial interiors. The design can also be continued across multiple sheets to create large-scale wall graphics and murals.
The 2.5mm PVC-u sheet is finished with a high-quality UV-cured, anti-glare protective coating, helping protect the surface against everyday scuffs and scrapes while keeping the printed design looking good. It gives designers considerably more freedom than a standard wall protection system without sacrificing the practical protection required in moderate-traffic interiors.

Create Your Own Bespoke Design
Accepted artwork file formats: .ai, .psd, .jpg, .pdf & .eps files. If using a photographic image, the resolution of the file should be at least 600dpi at 1:10 scale. If using a vector image (typically digital designs), these are made up of lines, so can be scaled to any size without distortion. Detail needs to be provided of finished trimmed size in mm (width & height). Files must be provided in RGB or CMYK and Pantone colours should be specified.
Where stock photography or imagery from an image library is used, copyright traceability and proof of purchase should be available.

Installation Details
SureProtect Artworx can be fixed directly to a range of suitable substrates using a Polysales recommended adhesive. Typical substrates include smooth exterior plywood, MDF, plaster, smooth sand-and-cement render and plasterboard, as well as suitable brick, blockwork and concrete surfaces that are sufficiently flat and smooth.
Sheets should be conditioned flat at room operating temperature for 24 hours before installation, with both the wall and cladding maintained at 18°C or above during installation.
For continuous printed designs, sheets should be dry fitted before installation so the artwork and pattern alignment can be checked.
Apply a Polysales recommended adhesive where the specified fire performance needs to be maintained.

Cleaning & Maintenance
A regular scheduled maintenance programme should be employed to prevent the build-up of dirt and grease, which will detract from the overall appearance of the product and can lead to the spread of germs and bacteria.
Apply a neutral cleaner to a micro fibre cloth and wipe the surface of the sheet.
The cleaned surface should then be ‘rinse wiped’ using clean water and then thoroughly dried using a soft cloth. This ensures all cleaning residue is removed.
Abrasive cleaners, solvents, or cleaning pads (e.g., Thinners, Turpentine, Handy Andy) should NOT be used as they will damage the profile surface.
The product should not be installed where it will be exposed to direct heat, naked flames or temperatures of 40°C or above.

What artwork file formats are accepted?

How should SureProtect Artworx be cleaned?
